When a consumer submits an inquiry through a dealership's website, webchat widget, or other digital channel, LeadBrij may receive and process that consumer's name, phone number, and inquiry details on behalf of the dealership in order to respond to the inquiry.

How We Use Information

We use collected information solely to respond to consumer inquiries on behalf of the dealership via SMS text message, schedule appointments with the dealership, and provide the dealership with a record of lead engagement and appointment status.

SMS Messaging

By submitting an inquiry through a participating dealership's digital channels, consumers may receive SMS text messages from LeadBrij on behalf of that dealership. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No Data Sharing or Selling

LeadBrij does not sell, rent, or share consumer personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information collected is used exclusively to facilitate the transactional lead-response service described above.

Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Data Retention

Consumer information is retained only as long as necessary to provide the lead-response service to the applicable dealership.
